Returns and Exchanges
First and foremost, we want you to be happy. Dutch-Green strives to provide superior service.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns or will exchange it for another product.
In case of an error, the customer has 72 hours to notify the claim by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject ¨Return¨. Once this time has finished, we understand that the delivery has been received satisfactorily. In 48h of receiving the claim, we will send clear instructions on how to make an effective withdrawal.
General terms for refunds / exchanges:
- Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Late returns are subject to approval.
- The return must be sent accompanied with the delivery note, purchase receipt or invoice.
- Items must be in their original condition, have not been used, altered or suffered flaws on it´s original package. We do not apply any restocking-fee on your returns, but all items are technically inspected before processing the credit or a change. In case the returned product is damaged, scratched, altered, manipulated or missing a part of its packaging, we reserve the right to not accept the return or to apply a repairing fee.
- Shipping charges are not being refunded. Please note that we can only accept exchanges from the country which the shipment was sent to. If the shipment was sent to the UK, for instance, we can only accept an exchange from the UK.
- Please make sure the products are well-packed and protected against the shocks during the transport. If a damage occurs to the product because it was not properly packed, your return is not accepted.
- Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly are not accepted as a return, (oils, creams…)
- Opened sealed products (vaporizers, nutrients etc.) are not accepted as a return.
- Second claims are not accepted.
- Dutch-Green will refund the amount received from the consumer through the same payment method selected for the purchase. Cash-on-delivery is an exception on this, which will be reimbursed through the bank transfer to the user account (or any other method agreed by both parties). Refunds will be issued within five to ten business days of initiating the return, depending on your financial institution. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
