Large head variety with uniform dark leaves. Highly esteemed for its excellent flavour and high vitamin content.
Sowing Method: Well accepted throughout the year, but preferably from January to April, by direct sowing or in seedbed, clarifying or transplanted to a range of 30×40 cm. when the seedlings have reached the convenient size.
Harvesting: Renewing the crops every 3 to 4 weeks ensures a continuous production.
